Terms and Conditions

1) The Diamond Price Match Assurance exclusively applies to certified loose diamonds featured on www.jnsqgem.com.

2) To authenticate a competing diamond price, kindly furnish us with: (1) the competitor's diamond grading report from IGI, and (2) a link to the website offer or a published price offer.

3) The competing price should be openly accessible and not represent a unique discount.

4) The lower price should be valid when JNSQ Gem verifies the request; expired offers are not eligible.

5) Competing prices must be in the same currency.

6) The competitor's diamond must exhibit comparable characteristics (carat, cut, colour, clarity, fluorescence, table and depth percentage, symmetry, etc.) to the certified JNSQ Gem diamond under consideration. JNSQ Gem retains the discretion to assess comparability.

7) JNSQ Gem's price incorporates applicable rebates, gift certificates, and promotional discounts, with corresponding shipping and handling costs included in the price comparison.

8) Special promotions, rebates, gift certificates, bundled products, and "buy one, get one" offers from competitors are ineligible.

9) The Diamond Price Match Assurance cannot be amalgamated with JNSQ Gem's Diamond Upgrade Program.

10) Special promotions, such as limited-time or quantity offers, clearance, liquidation, going-out-of-business sales, and loyalty program offers, do not qualify.

11) The assurance does not apply in cases of pricing or typographical errors by JNSQ Gem or the competitor.

12) Pawn shops and auction platforms (online or physical stores) are not eligible.

13) Only one diamond per customer is eligible for the Diamond Price Match Assurance, and the assurance can be applied once per diamond, even if a lower-priced offer is subsequently discovered.

14) The Diamond Price Match Assurance is applicable solely to purchases for personal use, excluding acquisitions for resale or commercial purposes.

15) If JNSQ Gem agrees to match a competitor's price, the adjusted price will be honoured for 48 hours.

16) JNSQ Gem reserves the right to verify all information regarding the competing offer and to decline a lower price if the verification process proves unsatisfactory.

17) JNSQ Gem reserves the right to reject requests, alter terms, and terminate the Diamond Price Match Assurance at its discretion.

Terms and Conditions for JNSQ Gem Lifetime Diamond Trade-in

1) The trade-in option is applicable exclusively to Lab Grown Diamonds (LGD) with valid certification.

Diamonds eligible for trade-in must have been originally purchased from JNSQ Gem and possess the required certification.

2) Only Lab Grown Diamonds 1 Carat and above will be considered for trade-in.

3) Only undamaged Lab Grown Diamonds will be accepted for trade-in. Damaged diamonds will not be eligible.

4) The trade-in value will be determined as 50% of the lower value between the original purchase price and the prevailing market price.

5) The trade-in value can only be utilised for the purchase of a new Lab Grown Diamond from our existing stock.
The trade-in value must not be less than the total purchase price of the new Lab Grown Diamond.

6) Setting and gold materials will not be accepted as part of the trade-in.

7) A separate charge will be applicable for the removal of diamonds from any setting.

8) JNSQ Gem reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
